BITTITAN
BitTitan is a cloud services provider that creates automated IT services for managed service providers and their clients. At BitTitan I worked closely with the Director of User Experience and the rest of the UX team create visual and experiential solutions in line with the organization's experience principles.
The function of the primary flow was to surface critical alerts related to specific tasks at the dashboard level and allow the user to drill into the task to resolve the issue.
Additional work involved generating concepts for views displaying long lists of runbooks, packages of automated tasks designed to streamline IT services.
